To register as a new user, you simple go to the log in page and enter your unique access code. It will then automatically take you to the page to register as a new user where you then enter your email address to then create an account.

If you have lost your access codes, don’t worry, you can still place your order! Please email us on contact@artsphotography.co.uk and request your online log in details by providing your child’s name and class.
Your child’s previous years photos should be saved in ‘My Picture Sets’. However, if they are not displayed in here, please send us an email directly and we will be able to create a new access code for you to add and will then be added to your picture sets.
Yes, we offer high-resolution digital downloads. You simply click on the Digitals tab and you can purchase the individual or sibling portraits. (Please note: you wouldn’t be able to purchase group photos as digitals due to GDPR regulations)
Please log into your account and click the tab ‘Digital Portraits’ then the photos you have purchased will have highlighted under each photo ‘Download’ in green.

Your discount code is the early bird access. This is already automatically applied to the packages only when you log into your account. This offer will last 10 days from when the photos first went live. (It will be stated with the ‘Was’ and ‘Now’ price for each package.
Simply click on the text and you can add more names if you have multiple children in the photo or you can change the spelling of the name(s) if you wish. It also allows you to change the font and size.
Simple go onto the package you would like to select of create.
On that same page, if you hover over the image you would like and click ‘insert’ – make sure the section is highlighted where you would like to insert the image’
It should then give you the option to change the image for all or just that one section. And the image will then change for you.

You can find this when you log into your account. If you click on the tab that says ‘Add More Codes’ you can then add multiple codes. The photos will then be added to ‘My Picture Sets’

You can go to the tab that says, ‘View All Products’ and will give you the option to purchase the products separately.
All our images stay online for 12 months from the date of upload. Images ordered within deadline do not incur any additional fees. If you have missed the deadline, you can still order online but will have to pay £4.95 postage and packaging and your order will be sent to a UK address of your choice.
If you have ordered digital download or email images, this will be with you as soon as you place your order. Physical print packs are sent back to you home address within 7 business days. If you pay for postage (past deadline), then your order will be with you within 10 days.
Yes, once you have placed an order you are welcome to place a further order for the same image using our online order system. Click here to place another order
